Expert Tutors in All Subjects

Central Learning Centre has a tutor who is ready to work with you. 

 

We help students who may be struggling in a particular subject as well as those who may be seeking additional challenges.  We work with all ages to assist students in their school curriculum. Whether for exam preparation, to reinforce new topics taught in school or to get that step ahead, we design programs to suit all.  Some students may just want help with organization or coaching.  Whatever your need we have a tutor for you.

 

 

Central Learning Centre is also proud to work with many psychologists in the area to help students who have been diagnosed with different learning styles.  We have tutors who have been trained in Special Education to help your child to reach his / her potential.

How We Operate

At Central Learning Centre we place every student with a tutor who would best suit his/her need. We offer tutoring within our Centre, within your home or online.

 
Primary Subjects

 

Suited for grades 1–6 of the school curriculum.  We also have tutors trained in Direct Instruction. 

 
Secondary Subjects

 

Suited for grades 7-12 of the school curriculum.  We offer support and guidance in all areas – including coaching, goal setting and organizational skills.  We also include the option of us working directly with your teachers and schools to design a program to help you reach your educational goals.

 
Exam Preparation

 

We have had success in preparing students to sit a range of exams to help them get into the school of their choosing.

 
Editing and Proofreading

 

We offer editing for a range of documents.  Sometimes you may just need help in conveying ideas or in double checking grammar for those important assignments.  Whatever your needs we can help.

 
ESL

 

We have trained ESL tutors to help you learn English as a Second Language.  We have programs for beginners, intermediates and advanced.

 
Art Classes

 

Central Learning Centre introduces Art Classes for children, aged 7 – 13. Groups will be no larger than 8 students and children will experience the joy of creating Art in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
